CURRY LEAF POWDER
Curry leaf (Murraya koenigii), has many medicinal properties. The leaves are highly valued as seasoning in southern and west-coast Indian cooking, especially in curries. It stimulates digestive enzymes and helps break down food more easily. Taken regularly it builds up and strengthens the liver and helps in the metabolism of fatty acids.
It can be taken in a glass of warm water along with some Neem and/or Tulsi powder as herbal tea.
